2. Scope of Services

Our services include, but are not limited to: guest-posts, niche edits, outreach campaigns, curated placements, and site-wide links. We deliver according to the package selected and the scope outlined in your order.

3. No “Returns” in Traditional Sense

Since our services consist of digital work (link placements, outreach, content creation) and not physical goods, the concept of “returns” (sending something back) does not apply. Instead, this policy governs refunds and service cancellation.

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

• Failure to deliver: If we cannot deliver the services included in your selected package within the agreed delivery timeframe and you request a refund.

• Material non-performance: If we deliver the service as promised, but it is clearly not as described (for example, simulated links, unusable content, or links from disallowed/spam websites) and you provide documentation of this and give us a reasonable opportunity to rectify.

• Duplicate order: If you accidentally placed a duplicate order and notify us within [ 7 ] days of purchase, we may refund one of the duplicate orders.

5. Non-Eligible for Refunds

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• You’re unhappy with the ranking outcome or organic traffic results — while we strive to deliver high-quality links, we cannot guarantee specific keyword rankings or immediate traffic gains.

• You change your mind after work has commenced or after delivery of links/content.

• You fail to provide necessary and timely so-called “client input” (for example target URLs, anchor texts, campaign details) after purchasing, causing delay or preventing work.

• You request a refund outside of the timeframe set out in this policy.

• You attempt to “return” delivered links or ask for redo of completed work in lieu of refund, when offered remediation/remake is available.

6. Timeframes & Process

• To request a refund, you must contact us at [insert your refund-email] within 14 days of the date of purchase (or invoice date) and clearly state your reason.

• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval, via the original payment method (unless otherwise mutually agreed).

• If we offer remediation (for example, replacing links or adjusting placements) and you accept the alternative rather than a refund, the offer stands and the refund option may be limited.

7. Cancellation Before Service Commences

• If you decide to cancel your order before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund (less any transaction fees) provided you notify us prior to our team starting outreach or link-acquisition.

• Once work has begun (even partial), the refund eligibility will be assessed under Section 4.

8. Modification of Service

• If your package is modified (for example changing number of placements, anchor texts, or target URLs) after work has commenced, a refund for the original package may be reduced or declined, because resources have already been expended.

• Any such modifications should be agreed in writing and may incur a change fee.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback via your payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to cease all service to you, and you may be liable for any unrecoverable costs, including outreach time already spent.
